Meet Our
Owner & Founder
Senja Spelman is a performance marketing expert with nearly a decade of experience leading high-impact campaigns in the home improvement industry. She has held marketing leadership roles at Home Genius Exteriors, BathWorks, Leaf Home, and Tundraland, where she was responsible for driving lead generation strategy across traditional and digital channels. From launching national TV, newspaper, and direct mail campaigns to managing paid social, corporate sponsorships, and lead aggregator partnerships. Senja has built full-funnel systems that scale fast and deliver measurable ROI.
Her deep experience in contact center operations, including dialer optimization, scripting, cadence strategies, and tech stack implementation, allows her to build marketing programs that not only generate leads but ensure they convert.
Senja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northern Michigan University and a Master’s in Digital Marketing from the University of Florida. She founded Sisu Synergy to help home improvement businesses cut through the noise, get strategic with their marketing, and finally see the results they’ve been promised.
